Profusion slash time

Look what I rediscovered!

Pasht was sharpening a stake when she tried to bite Lance. It was love at first sight, and eventually they married and adopted two children.

That is so perfect (in the start) and cracky (in the last) and ehehe.

Twitter pated

Sorry for that title, but my inner dork needed an escape valve, and that was too fun to pass up.

Also sorry for the quiet on the blog front. In lieu of actual content, I've been working Twitter. Behold! Well, behold after signing up; my account is friends only until and unless I decide where I'm going with it.

As for me, I'm good. Getting sick of my history class's "America is teh BEST EVAH" bias, but also holding plans with friends which should be pretty damn cool. Trying vainly to keep my red hair dye off my collar. Heh.

Oh -- those of you I've friended on Twitter, I'd love your take on whether or not I should make mine public.

tired

I feel utterly, childishly tired. I have deadlines galore this week and people I should call and tasks I should at least begin.

And I am currently so disinterested in a favourite movie (playing ignored even as I type), checking my email (as required,) or even just reading a webcomic that I think I shall soon crawl back into bed and pray to sleep soundly, for a change.

I have a lot to do lately, so I won't be online much until at least the weekend and possibly after. At some point I need to do class discussion (by Wednesday and I mustn't miss choir either then) but I haven't the cognition for it now. It will have to keep.

My brain feels the way dog breath smells. That's the best analogy I can devise offhand, but it does suit.

quiet

The evening is quiet; just my computer and the washing machine are gently thrumming. My brothers came over for the weekend, but they're out for the evening. That means I have solitude to study for my exam right now, and opportunity to defeat everyone in Mortal Kombat later. Talk about your win-win scenarios.

after the rain

After rain and sunset, I walked barefoot in the puddles and felt like a giddy little kid again.

speed studying

New personal best: I just finished one chapter of my history textbook without taking my usual mid-chapter break. I'm on a roll.
