money and Audrey

I got some money for Christmas that I have not spent.

Today I saw a book of photographs of Audrey Hepburn.

I left the store without a purchase, but man oh man, I don't think I'm going to hang onto the money much longer because Audrey wow. Tall, waifish, talented, lovely Audrey.

Not that I have an actress obsession (except that I totally do). And why don't I have an Audrey icon yet, anyway? Icon fixed. Yay!

Feeling: impressed

The gentleman in me goes "awww" at Audrey. She has that "protect me!" vibe, doesn't she?

(Augh, I don't always get timely notices of Tabulas comments, sorry!) She most absolutely does. I'd go so far as to state that most of her film roles are built on that trait and/or her ability to be simultaneously an aristocratic woman and an amiable, approachable Everywomen.
